摘要

The optimization device for the pullout test was designed by mechanical principle. The influence of specimen type on the accuracy of bond performance was studied by test and simulation analysis. Results show that the optimized device improves test accuracy, especially the loading end slip. The circular section specimen has better mechanical performance, more uniform and stable strain variation, and better regularity, which is the preferred section of pullout specimens. The concrete strain distribution does not meet the plane section assumption along the protective layer thickness. In addition, a more practical method for calculating bond stress is proposed.
