Base-Catalyzed One-Pot Synthesis of 2,3,6-Substituted Pyridines

摘要

A three-component reaction catalyzed by base was established,whichmainly consisted of ynals, isocyanates, amines and alcohols. Thisstrategy provides a wide range of substrates and represents a simpleprocess for the preparation of different pyridine derivatives in goodyields with high regioselectivities.
