转变西安支柱产业发展模式,实现西安城市生态化

摘要

制约西安生态化建设的原因在于其支柱产业对经济增长的举足轻重的贡献与其对环境的严重污染之间的矛盾。支柱产业的这种有悖于生态化建设的发展模式,必须结合科学发展观的指导理念,进而构建新的生态化的产业发展模式才能解决。
