摘要
The effect of adding different Al contents on the fluidity of Zn-3Mg alloy was investigated. The experimental results show that the addition of 1-4 wt% Al improves the fluidity of the alloy, while higher Al content decreases the fluidity of the alloy. The fluidity of Zn-3Mg-4Al is the best with a 24% improvement over the base alloy. By studying the structure evolution, macroscopic segregation, and melting behavior of Zn-3MgxAl, the Zn-3Mg-xAl fluidity change law and melt flow stopping mechanism were analyzed and discussed.
