摘要

Er(OTf)3 was discovered to be an efficient catalyst for glycosylation of tertiary/secondary/primary alcohols with peracetylated alpha-D-glucosyl trichloroacetimidate. 15 Latent fragrant glycosides have been prepared in moderate to excellent yields each on gram scale through Er(OTf)3-catalyzed glycosylation of fragrant alcohols with peracetylated alpha-D-glucosyl trichloroacetimidate at room or 40 degrees C followed by deacetylation with NaOMe, and excellent stereoselectivity was obtained for various alcohol acceptors.
