摘要

The vibration and noise of switched reluctance motor (SRM) limit its wide application in many fields. In order to improve the performance of SRM, a hybrid excitation segmented rotor switched reluctance motor (HESSRM) with auxiliary slots is proposed in this paper. The stator has full pitch windings. The permanent magnet is embedded in each stator tooth, and two auxiliary slots are opened in the stator tooth. The fan-shaped rotor and aluminum block form a cylinder, in which the rotor is embedded in the aluminum block. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the response surface method is used to optimize the average torque. In addition, the optimization strategy of genetic algorithm is adopted to further reduce the radial force. The electromagnetic performance of the motor is analyzed and calculated by finite element method, and compared with the conventional SRM. The results show that the HESSRM with auxiliary slots can effectively reduce the radial force density and improve the average torque.
