摘要
Multifunctional molecular matching was adopted to assemble nanodrug delivery system of polyethylenimine 2k (PEI2k)-superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) so as to discuss molecular mechanism for anti-lymphoma by this kind of technology. Human lymphoma cells were adopted to be exposed in the nanodrug delivery system of PEI2k-SPIO assembled by multifunctional molecular matching in our study. Apoptotic rate and period distribution of cells were detected with FCM. Proliferative condition of of human lymphoma cell line was analyzed by MTT. The mRNA associated with Wnt/(3-catenin signal pathway was detected by Real time PCR method. Proliferation of Burkitts was restrained by PEI2k-SPIO nanodrug delivery system assembled by multifunctional IP: 182.75.148.10 On: Thu, 07 Apr 2022 14:22:29 molecular matching. The apoptotic rate of cells increased and cells were blocked at G2/M phase. In addition, the expression of cytoplasmic and nuclear (3-catenin mRNA in the Burkitt's cells was reduced and Wnt/(3-catenin signal pathway was restrained. The apoptosis of lymphoma cells may have been prompted by PEI2k-SPIO nanodrug delivery system assembled by multifunctional molecular matching. The mechanism may be related with restraining the signal pathway of Wnt/(3-catenin.
