摘要

In this study, a novel Co2P(8) nanosheet cocatalyst was successfully synthesized and used to modify Cd0.5Zn0.5S nanoparticles (Co2P(8)-CZS) for noble-metal-free photocatalytic H-2 generation. The results showed CZS nanoparticles with dozens of nanometers loaded densely on Co2P(8) nanosheets, which formed a huge number of 2D-OD heterointerfaces and provided numerous active sites. After the introduction of the Co2P(8) nanosheet cocatalyst, the composites show a decreased recombination rate of the photoinduced carrier and overpotential for H+ reduction. Additionally, 13 wt% Co2P(8)-CZS exhibited a high H-2 evolution of 68.02 mmol g(-1)h(-1), with a 30.1 % apparent quantum efficiency at 420 nm, which was approximately 103 times higher than that of bare CZS.
