摘要

Reference tracking performance of harmonic current affects the noise reduction effect for vehicular permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) with active harmonic current injection. However, the existing methods for harmonic current tracking take no account of the cross-coupling effect, resulting in a degraded tracking performance at high speed. This article first establishes a coupling harmonic current-voltage model at multiple synchronous frames by simultaneously considering positive and negative harmonics. Then, a systematic method for analysing the command response and coupling response of harmonic currents is put forward based on the coupling model, and the shortage of conventional harmonic current regulators has been demonstrated theoretically. Consequently, an internal model decoupling regulator is proposed, yielding ideal reference tracking performance at the full speed range and strong parameter robustness at magnetic saturation conditions. Finally, experimental results of bench and vehicle tests demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed regulator on harmonic current tracking and active noise reduction.
