摘要

Disposal of e-waste is an issue of great concern to society due to its resource value and environmental pollution. Previous studies on the pollution generation and release during e-waste recycling process are piecemeal, and pollution source analysis in e-waste bases is still a challenge. In this study, we synthetically analyzed pollution generation from a typical e-waste recycling base, containing e-waste dismantling process and e-waste glass recycling process. Heavy metals are widely distributed in the whole base, and 22 pollution fingerprints were constructed based on processing characteristics. Based on these fingerprints, an accurate pollution source apportionment model was innovatively built together with logistic regression analysis. Intelligent full-component recycling system for e-waste can improve recycling efficiency and decrease pollution release. This study will provide a novel way of analyzing various factors and complex pollutions in secondary resource recycling scenarios.
