摘要
A facile room-temperature activation procedure was used to realize the synthesis of S-doped CoFe (oxy)hydroxide nanosheets. This activation method effectively increases the active surface area and ensures that more active sites are exposed. In addition, S is simultaneously introduced on the surface and in the interior of the CoFe (oxy)hydroxides during the synthesis, which may tune the electronic structure of active metal sites and optimize the absorption energy of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) intermediates, thus improving the OER activity. Impressively, the S-doped electrode displays superior OER activity in 1.0 M KOH with an overpotential of 270 mV at 10 mA cm-2 and remarkable durability over 100 h.
