摘要
The exploration of an innovative and green synthetic strategy is always desirable for organic synthesis. Herein, an interfacial photoelectrocatalytic (iPEC) strategy is proposed to implement the styrene dichlorination reaction on rationally designed hematite nanostructure photoanodes (Ti/Mn-Fe2O3-Vo) with high yield and excellent chemoselectivity. The photoanode is engineered with an oxygen vacancy to expand the optical absorption region, doped with titanium (Ti) to promote the efficient charge transfer and separation, and mediated with manganese (Mn) ions with multivalent nature to manipulate the redox reactions. The proposed iPEC strategy presents high promise for green organic chemical transformations with renewable energy input.
