Summary

The discrete modified KP hierarchies are compatible with generalized ??????-constraints. By means of the gauge transformation, a large class of solutions can be represented by the Wronskian determinants of functions satisfying a set of linear equations. In this paper, we give a sufficient and necessary condition to reduce the discrete mKP hierarchies obtained by the Wronskian solutions to the discrete ??????-constrained mKP hierarchies.
