摘要

There are increasing firms and consumers noticing the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development that merely the evaluation of green brand could effectively deliver the quality of green products, present the ability to reduce environmental impact and brand attributes, remind consumers of the importance of green concept at any time, and acquire consumers' support and trust. Aiming at consumers of medical device industry in Shanghai as the research objects, total 400 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 327 valid copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 82%. The research results show that: (i) medical device industry promoting the quality of environment-friendly products could build good green brand image; (ii) medical device industry with better green brand image could enhance green customer satisfaction, and (iii) consumers regarding better quality of green products of medical device manufacturers would promote the green customer satisfaction. According to the results to propose suggestions, it is expected to help medical device industry enhance the green brand image, stress on environmental issues, and promote consumer satisfaction with the green brand.
