Summary

An interesting problem of quantum coding theory is to construct quantum stabilizer codes with optimal parameters. In this paper, we construct several classes of optimal Hermitian dual-containing codes from repeated-root cyclic codes. Via these optimal Hermitian dual-containing codes, several classes of optimal pure quantum stabilizer codes with minimum distance four are presented.
