Wide linear range and high sensitivity detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen based on polyacrylate-Nafion covered Ru(bpy)3 2+-doped SiO2 nanoparticles

摘要

The electrochemiluminescence(ECL)nanoparticles as bio-label were prepared by using Nafion-sodium polyacrylate mix-ing-membrane covered Ru(bpy)3 2+–doped SiO2 nanoparticles. Accordingly,the immuno-detection probes with ECL signal amplifi-cation have been successfully constructed. Based on the detection probes,this paper has established the double antibody sandwich ECL immuno-detection method for Hepatitis B surface antigen in the combination with the prepared magnetic bead-based immuno-capture probe. The linear range was 5. 0 ~1000pg · mL-1 with correlation coefficient0. 9959 (R2 ). The lowest detectable limit was1. 73 pg·mL-1(signal-to-noise 3 ). The method has a wide linear range with up to 200 times of the detected concentration difference and a high sensitivity for Hepatitis B surface antigen detection.
