摘要

Objective:To investigate the correlation between sperm DNA integrity and semen routine parameters in infertile males, and explore the value of DNA integrity detection in evaluation of male fertility. Methods:The data of 334 infertile males who admitted to our andrology clinic from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into three groups according to spermDNA fragmentationindex(DFI):group Ⅰ with DFI≤15%(n=192);group Ⅱ with 15%<DFI<30%(n=98);group Ⅲ with DFI≥30%(n=44).The sperm parameters including sperm concentration, forward motile sperm percentage, normal morphological percentage, and age & abstinence time were compared among the three groups. The correlation between DFI and semen parameters was analyzed. Results:There were no significant differences in age, sperm concentration and normal morphological percentage between the different DFI groups(P>0.05),but abstinence duration and forward motile sperm percentage were significantly different (P < 0.05).The DFI was positive correlated with abstinence duration(r=0.222,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with forward motile sperm percentage(r=-0.457)and normal morphological sperm percentage(r=-0.147)(all P<0.05).No correlation was found between DFI with age and sperm concentration(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sperm DNA integrity is associated with semen parameters including forward motile sperm percentage & normal morphological sperm percentage and abstinence duration. It may provide more reference on semen analysis.
