中药学是专业性、实践性较强的一个专业,实习实训是培养体系中的重要组成部分.中药生产企业作为重要的实习实训基地,通过建立一套完整的、具有可操作性的评价体系,让其参与到人才培养的过程中,这样才能发挥出企业在人才培养中不可替代的优势.
