摘要
The photocurrent density of perovskite solar cells is almost close to the theoretical limit value, on the contrary, there is still room for improvement of the open-circuit voltage (V-oc), which becomes an important strategy to enhance the power conversion efficiency. Here, organic compound aminoguanidine hydrochloride (NH(2)GACl) is added into SnO2 aqueous solution to reduce nonradiative recombination losses and upward shift of the conduction band of the modified SnO2 layer. The V-oc is improved from 1.11 to 1.17 V, and the power conversion efficiency is increased from 20.00 to 22.42%, while the hysteresis effect is suppressed. Additionally, unencapsulated SnO2-NH(2)GACl perovskite solar cells show better long-term stability (maintained 81.4%) after 700 h in an air environment (20-30% RH, 25(degrees) celcius).
