摘要

Porphyrin metal-organic frameworks have been studied extensively in recent years due their excellent photocatalytic properties. We prepared a novel bismuth-based porphyrin metal-organic framework (Bi-PMOF) using a solvothermal method. Introduction of bismuth metal into the porphyrin MOF had a positive role in changing its conduction band (CB) position. Consequently, the Bi-PMOF exhibited significant enhancement for photocatalytic oxidation of sulfides under visible light due to the production of singlet oxygen (O-1(2)) and superoxide (O-2(-)) species. The Bi-PMOF displayed a remarkable 97% conversion and 100% selectivity for oxidation of sulfides. After 10 catalytic cycles, the catalyst could maintain excellent chemical stability and high catalytic activity (94% conversation). Therefore, 2D Bi-PMOFs could have great potential as photocatalysts.
