摘要

>We report the first investigation into the shape effect of [Cu3(btc)2] microparticles in a HKUST-1@GrO nanocomposite on its DNA sensing activity. The DNA sensing activity decreased as the morphology of the [Cu3(btc)2] microcrystals in the composites changed from cuboctahedron to octahedron. The HKUST-1@GrO-1 nanocomposite, constructed from the assembly of graphene oxide (GrO) and metal organic framework [Cu3(btc)2] with cuboctahedron shape, showed good DNA sensing performance as a platform for probe immobilization.
