摘要

Glass falling from hidden frame-supported glass curtain walls due to adhesive debonding threaten people life and property security. A novel laser in-depth heating thermal wave detection method is proposed for adhesive debonding in glass curtain walls and the temperature field is reconstruct to analyzed the damage detection capability by numerical simulation procedure. Firstly, the experimental procedure is introduced. Secondly, the principles of in-depth absorption and equivalent heat conduction are introduced. Finally, the temperature fields of structure adhesive, well-bonded and debonding structure were analyzed, and temperature differences of indepth heating and surface heating were compared. The simulated and experimental results are consistent and verified the effectiveness and superiority of laser in-depth heating thermal wave detection on adhesive debonding in glass curtain wall, which can provide reliable guidance for practical application on efficient detection and getting a balance between sufficient heating energy and prevention of overheating.
