摘要
The hybrid BaSO4@SiDs nanocomposites were prepared by assembling silicon nanodots (SiDs) with full-band ultraviolet absorption inside of BaSO4 substrates through electrostatic assembly, which not only significantly overcome the poor stability of SiDs under photo radiation, and endow the BaSO4 with the dual-functions of UV-absorbing behavior and light-conversion property. Using the as-prepared hybrid fluorescent material, PE(polyethylene)/BaSO4@SiDs film exhibits better elongation at break and was experimentally demonstrated to have more outstanding performance of anti-UV radiation than pure PE film, and shows strong blue light emission that is beneficial to promote plant growth. This work provides a strategy for designing and realizing of multifunctional SiDs-based hybrid composites, thus promising the prospective to be used in the fields of anti-UV radiation and optical agriculture plantation.
