FACTORS AFFECTING GREEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ON GREEN DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE IN CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRY

Environmental management becomes the common concern of enterprises, governments, and consumers. To cope with important economic and trade market, environmental regulations and green standards for products made for environmental management or green management become inevitable for most enterprises. Aiming at employees of cultural and creative industry in Shanghai, as the research objects, total 360 copies of questionnaire were distributed for this study, and 273 valid copies were retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 76%. The research results reveal significant correlations between: (i) green intellectual capital and green dynamic capabilities; (ii) green dynamic capabilities and environmental performance, and (iii) green intellectual capital and environmental performance. According to the results to propose conclusions, it is expected to help domestic cultural and creative industry develop good green dynamic capabilities for the persistent competitive advantages.
