摘要
An error analysis method for the measured inertia parameters of an irregular-shaped rigid body using suspended Trifilar Torsional Pendulum (TTP) is presented. Model errors, parameters measurement errors and coordinate systems measured errors are three kinds of errors in inertia parameters measurement of a body, and the influence of these factors on measured inertia parameters are analyzed in this paper. The main factor influencing the measured error of center of gravity of the body is the measured pendulum axis. Initial angular displacement of TTP has great influence on the measured accuracy of the inertia tensor (moment of inertia and product of inertia). A method for reducing measurement errors of an assembly body is proposed. The inertia parameters of a powertrain consisting of an engine and a transmission are measured to validate the proposed procedures.
