摘要
Nano particle/microsphere TiO2/BiOBr Z-scheme heterojunction is synthesized through an ionic-liquid-hydrothermal method. Flower-like BiOBr are firstly synthesized by an ionic liquid method. Then TiO2 nanoparticles are constructed on BiOBr microspheres through hydrothermal method. The photocatalytic performance of TiO2/BiOBr heterojunction was much better than that of BiOBr or TiO2. 79.33% of tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) is degraded which is 2.23 times and 1.15 times that of the pure BiOBr and TiO2, respectively. Physical and chemical property of the TiO2/BiOBr heterojunctions with varied amount of TiO2 are analyzed by XRD, XPS, FE-SEM, TEM, HRTEM, BET and DRS et. al. The photocatalytic mechanism is also proposed.
