摘要
Alzheimer's disease(AD) is one of the most important progressive neurological diseases, which is characterized by the formation , misfolding, and aggregation of beta-amyloid protein (A beta). Based on the special blood brain barrier (BBB) system and protein structure of A beta, a variety of multifunctional A beta fluorescent probes with high sensitivity, facile operation, and low toxicity, were developed for the detection and treatment of AD. This review respectively focused on the imaging detection and therapy of A beta, and systematically reviewed the chemical regulation strategy for brain-target design, wavelength regulation, and integration of diagnosis with treatment. In the end, the perspective for the multifunctional fluorescent A beta probes was also discussed.
