This paper is to justify the incompressible Euler-Poisson limit of the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system in the incompressible hyperbolic regime. The proof is based on a new H-x,v(1) - W-x,v(1,infinity) framework, which consists of the H(x,v )(1 )energy estimate and the weighted W-x,v(1,infinity) estimate of the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann system.
