摘要
A novel method is proposed to prepare magnetic gold electrodes for DNA targets detection. This magnetic gold electrode displayed excellent performance such as low internal resistance, good electrical conductivity, easy to capture and enrich probe-magnetic beads onto the electrode surface, and robust and simple to operate. It was successfully utilized for direct capture and sensitive detection of DNA targets by using Methylene Blue (MB) as an electrochemical indicator.
