The practical teaching system of Chinese-Tibetan bilingualism should meet the market de-mands of the talents and cater for all abilities of the students. Hence,it is advocated in this paper that both the relationship between cultivation objective and Cultivation scale and the nexus between theoretical teaching and practical teaching should be delineated,the very essence of Chinese-Tibetan bilingualism should be grasped,and the systematic and comprehensive practical teaching system of Chinese-Tibetan bilingualism should be established.
