Summary
The switching network unit (SNU) is an important and indispensable system in nuclear fusion experiments. Its main switching components determine the response speed, reliability, working life and other performance of the system. According to the design requirements, the preliminary design of key switching components was conducted. First, several SNU topologies were compared and analyzed to determine a promising scheme. Then, the main switching components in the scheme were designed and analyzed. Finally, the system cost budget and preliminary analysis of the spatial layout were carried out. This article proposed and analyzed the feasible topologies of the current SNU and preliminarily designed the key switching components in detail. The above research provides a certain basis and reference for the design of high-parameter SNU of fusion devices in the future.
