Diplocarpa constans sp. nov., a new species of Cordieritidaceae from Yunnan, China

摘要

This study describes a new species, Diplocarpa constans, collected from southwestern China, characterized by its excipulum with a negative ionomidotic reaction. Phylogenetic analyses based on the combined LSU, ITS and SSU dataset supported the establishment of the new species within Diplocarpa. The study discusses the differences between the new species and closely related species and provides detailed descriptions and illustrations of the new taxa.
