摘要

Reported here is a new dual ligand-based Zn(II) compound which is synthesized through the hydrothermal self-assembly reaction of H(3)btc, HNTrZ as-well-as Zn(NO3)(2)6H(2)O, its chemical formula is [Zn-3(btc)(2)(HNTrZ)(H2O)(2)](n)center dot 2n(H2O) (1, H(3)btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, HNTrZ = 3-amine-4H-1,2,4-triazozle). X-ray diffraction analysis shows that compound 1 has a three-dimensional framework via synergistic bridging effects of btc(3-) as-well-as HNTrZ ligands with Zn(II) ions. In addition, we also investigated the thermal stability and luminescent property of 1. For the treatment of primary lung cancer, the biological activity of the new compound in this present research was evaluated. Firstly, the levels of the apoptotic lung cancer cells were determined after compound treatment. Furthermore, the caspase-8's relative expression levels in the cells were detected with western blotting assay.
