摘要
Chronic pancreatitis is considered to be a progressive fibroinflammatory disease. Here we report a unique picture of chronic alcoholic pancreatitis with huge dilatation of pancreatic duct showing pseudocyst of the head of pancreas, pancreatic calculi and biliary dilatation.
