FEEDBACK CONTROL PROBLEMS FOR A CLASS OF BACKWARD RIEMANN-LIOUVILLE FRACTIONAL EVOLUTION HEMIVARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES WITH DUAL OPERATORS

In this paper, we investigate a class of backward Riemann-Liouville fractional evolution hemivariational inequalities with dual operators. By using the duality theory on semigroup, resolvent technique, the Cesari property and Schauder's fixed point theorem, we obtain the existence of feasible pairs. Then we prove the existence of optimal feedback control pairs for the Lagrange problem. Finally, we give an example in a Hilbert space to illustrate the results.
