摘要

Based on the theories of corporate knowledge, competence and innovation, a conceptual model of the impact of employees' knowledge management competence on the innovation performance is proposed from both individual and team levels. The multiple linear regression and cross-level linear analysis have been made for the impact of employees' knowledge management competence and team innovation atmosphere on innovation performance, which proves that knowledge management competence will positively impact innovation performance. The study also found that team innovation atmosphere has a direct effect, instead of regulating effect, on the innovation performance. As a result, the cultivation of knowledge management competence at individual level and the creation of innovation atmosphere at team level should be emphasized, with knowledge management as an effective method, innovation competence as a driving force and innovation atmosphere as a background, so as to exert a lasting impact on innovation performance in a cross-level coordinated manner.
