摘要

There are four mini Chinese secondary schools in Kuching, Sarawak. All of them have less than 300 students, but they all have junior high and senior high classes. Although they are small, to certain extent, they have the functions of preservation of the Mandarin Chinese and Chinese heritage in Sarawak. It is the intention of this paper to make an inquiry into the establishment, development and management of these schools.
