Two Co(II) coordination polymers: protective activity on nephrotic syndrome by regulating intestinal flora abundance
摘要
By applying a mixed-ligand approach, two new Co(II)-containing coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical formula of [Co-3(tci)(2)(phen)(2)](n) (1, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and {[Co(tci)(bpy)(NO3)center dot DMF center dot 0.5CH(3)CN}(n) (2, bpy = 4,4-bipyridine) has been constructed under solvothermal conditions by reaction of Co(NO3)(2)center dot 6H(2)O with the 1,3,5-tris(2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate (H(3)tci) in the presence of different N-donor co-ligands (phen for 1 and byp for 2). Subsequently, the protective activity of compounds 1 and 2 on nephrotic syndrome (NS) was evaluated, and the related detail mechanism was further explored. First of all, the flow cytometry was performed to detect the level of the T helper cell 17 (Th17) cells and cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4)+CD25 + Foxp3+ regulate cells (Treg) in PBMC of NS model after compounds treatment. Then, the real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was carried out, and the 16sRNA mRNA expression level of indicated bacteria was determined, which reflected the intestinal flora abundance.
