摘要

In this paper a strategy is presented for combining corrective maintenance replacements with age-based imperfect preventive maintenance repairs. Preventive maintenance actions are performed considering the components' age thresholds and an age reduction ratio, q. An offshore wind turbine consisting of several degraded components is considered. Failure models are based on onshore ones and derived through an empirical approach based on stress factors for mechanical systems. Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets with predicates and Monte Carlo simulation are used to model and simulate operation and maintenance activities considering logistic resources, times and costs, and weather constraints. A preventive maintenance repair cost function dependent on the age reduction effort, q, and on the age of the components is proposed and compared with an age independent cost function, in terms of their effect on the operation and maintenance costs and revenues.
