Low-fired Li2Mg3ZrO6-based composite ceramics with temperature-stable for LTCC applications

摘要

Low-fired (1-x)Li2Mg3ZrO6-xCaTiO(3)-4wt%LiF composite ceramics were fabricated by conventional solidstate reaction route. Specimens exhibited a multiphase system with Li2Mg3ZrO6, CaZrO3 and ZrO2 phase and well-dense microstructures at 900 degrees C. Excellent microwave dielectric properties of epsilon(r) = 15.4, Q x f= 42400 GHz, T-f = -5.6 ppm/degrees C was obtained for 0.8 Li2Mg3ZrO6-0.2CaTiO(3)-4wt%LiF ceramics. Such samples were compatible with Ag electrodes, which suggests suitability of the developed material for LTCC applications.
