"CC" was the English abbreviation for Kuomintang (KMT) Central Club. It was ironic that Chen Guofu and Chen Lifu brothers had long-term dominated the KMT headquarters in power. Later, "CC" was used to refer to the Chen brothers,representing the Chen brothers' political forces in the KMT. On basis of collecting a large number of "CC" Factions related to the important files, documents and historical materials, combined with the results of previous studies, this paper aims to focus on"CC"Factions' source, formation time, the rise and fall, as well as the relationship with the Chen brothers.
