摘要

. Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), referred to as pregnancy-induced hypertension syn-drome, is a common complication in obstetric practice and one of the main causes of perinatal maternal and neonatal deaths. Its pathogenesis is still unclear. Davidia involucrata has been listed as a national first-level protected wild plant, a unique genus plant unique to China, a relic plant, and a well-known ornamental plant in the world. It is a national-level protected plant. D. involucrata is an important medicinal plant for the clin-ical disease treatment. After the extraction of active ingredient from D. involucrata, its treatment activity on the PIH was measured and the related mechanism was explored at the same time. Firstly, the ELISA assay was conducted to measure the content of VEGF and TNF-alpha in the plasma after D. involucrata treatment. Then, the real time RT-PCR was conducted and the activation of NF-kappa B signaling pathway in the vascular endothelial cells was measured after indicated treatment. The complete chloroplast genome sequence of D. involucrata was characterized from Illumina pair-end sequencing. The Neighbor-joining phylogenetic analysis showed that D. involucrata and Camptotheca acuminate clustered together as sisters to other related species.
