摘要
The flower-like ZnO self-assembled by nanorods was synthesized by a chemical precipitation method. BiOBr was then covered on the three-dimensional ZnO by hydrothermal method to form coral-like ZnO/BiOBr heterojunctions with high specific surface area. The ZnO/BiOBr heterojunction was investigated by XRD, XPS, FT-IR, FE-SEM, TEM and DRS. The results show that the ZnO/BiOBr heterojunction exhibits significantly enhanced visible-light absorption and carrier transfer capability. It has excellent photocatalytic degradation ability in degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB), tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) and K2Cr2O7. After irradiated for 40 min, 45 min and 100 min, 96.7% RhB, 87.3% TC and 49.8% K2Cr2O7 were degraded, which were 9.3, 1.7 and 41.5 times, respectively, that of the pure ZnO. The photocatalytic mechanism is also proposed.
