Non-stoichiometric hybrid halide perovskite film for gaseous NH3 and HCl sensing

摘要

We report the first use of the non-stoichiometric perovskite MAPbI(3) film for both NH3 and HCl detection depending on different changes in the trend of the film resistance, in which moderate excess PbI2 can enhance the sensing performance, due to the highly active PbI-terminated surface of MAPbI(3) crystals with abundant iodine vacancies.
