摘要

In this study, DC06 cold-rolled plate was tested using the proving ground corrosion test and two accelerated tests for different periods. Corrosion product analysis, morphology and weight loss of DC06 were investigated using scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction and gravimetric analysis. To improve the understanding of the corrosion of different vehicle components, predictive models for the roof, front cover, rear cover, left and right chassis were established by the method of gray correlation. This was based on the correlation between the two stimulated accelerated test methods and the proving ground test. The results demonstrated that the cyclic salt spray test was appropriate for determining the corrosion of the roof, front and rear cover of the vehicle. The combination test of neutral salt spray and cyclic immersion was appropriate for both left and right parts of the chassis.
