摘要

In this study, we prepared novel manganese cobaltite (Mn3Co3O4) with multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposite-based electrochemical sensors for detecting furazolidone (FZD). A metal-organic framework (MOF) derived binary metal oxide was synthesized using the co-precipitation method, and the Mn3Co3O4/ MWCNT nanocomposite was prepared via ultrasonication. The prepared Mn3Co3O4/MWCNT nanocomposite was characterized using appropriate spectrophotometric techniques. In addition, voltammetric measurements were used to evaluate the electrochemical performance of the modified electrodes. Remarkably, the Mn3Co3O4/ MWCNT-modified screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) has a LOD and linear range of 0.55 nM and 0.05-650 mu M, respectively. The selective investigation on FZD was performed with related interfering molecules, and the Mn3Co3O4/MWCNT/SPCE has good storage stability and reproducibility. The real-time application of the modified electrode for FZD detection was monitored in serum and urine samples with satisfactory recovery.
