摘要

Herein we report an iridium(I)-catalyzed atroposelectivealkenylationof isoquinoline-derived heterobiaryls with terminal alkynes. In thepresence of a cationic iridium(I) catalyst with (R)-SEGPHOS as the chiral ligand, this atom-economical alkenylationprotocol allows the rapid construction of a series of axially chiralalkenylated heterobiaryls in moderate to good yields with good tohigh enantioselectivities.
